Product, account, billing, privacy, export, deletion, and reliability help for Coherence.

Account and login

Coherence uses managed identity. Available login methods may include email and password, Sign in with Apple, Google, and enterprise SSO depending on launch configuration. If MFA is enabled, use the authenticator or recovery path connected to the account.

Coherence does not store passwords, MFA seeds, OAuth secrets, or social-login tokens in chats, exports, telemetry, or browser profile settings.

Billing and subscriptions

Web subscriptions are managed through the secure Stripe Customer Portal. App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription settings. Coherence routes users to the active provider. Contact support for billing questions.

Data export and account deletion

Available exports may include profile metadata, settings, chats, projects, continuity records, Guided Repair inputs, repair-audit summaries, and document metadata. Account deletion begins inside Coherence from Account Management.

Dictation and document creation

Dictation is available on eligible paid plans. Select the microphone in the composer, speak, stop recording, and review the editable transcript before sending.

To create a file, select the document action beneath a displayed response and choose an available format such as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, Markdown, plain text, or Coherence Canvas. A rendered file does not add facts or replace verification.

Privacy choices

Product-improvement use is off by default on every plan and requires a separate explicit opt-in. Operational, security, billing, usage-limit, audit, export, deletion, support, and legal records remain purpose-bound.

AI outputs and repair history

Coherence is designed to improve reliability, but outputs can still be wrong. Repair history explains what the system checked, changed, or preserved; it is a transparency tool, not a universal guarantee.

For important legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, safety, or professional decisions, review the result against qualified professionals and authoritative sources.

Security

Do not send provider keys, passwords, MFA codes, payment details, or other secrets through chat. Coherence does not accept browser-supplied provider API keys or local model endpoints.
