Clear terms for serious AI work.

These terms describe the Coherence service, the limits of AI reliability, and the responsibilities that remain with the user.

Service

Coherence is an AI chat, research, and professional preparation app. The Coherence Reliability Engine checks candidate AI answers, repairs answers when possible, and asks for additional source, authority, policy, document, clarification, or explicit override input when required.

AI reliability and no professional advice

Coherence is designed to reduce common AI reliability failures, hide unsafe drafts, repair answers when possible, and preserve an audit trail. It does not guarantee that every answer is true, complete, current, safe, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable.

Coherence may help with research and preparation, but it does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, engineering, safety, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs with qualified professionals and authoritative sources.

User content, provider processing, and communications

You are responsible for prompts, documents, project context, instructions, sources, authority selections, explicit overrides, and other content you provide. Do not submit content unless you have the right to process it through Coherence and its service providers.

Live AI, transcription, search, retrieval, identity, billing, email, storage, telemetry, and security features may share relevant information with managed service providers. Product-improvement use is off by default on every plan and requires a separate explicit opt-in.

Required transactional messages may cover verification, password recovery, security, billing, subscriptions, product operation, legal notices, service changes, and support. Optional product or marketing messages require opt-in where applicable.

Explicit overrides

Coherence may allow you to continue with a user-selected source, authority, premise, or unsupported assertion after a warning. These choices can reduce reliability, are recorded for auditability, and may affect downstream context until changed or removed.

Subscriptions and usage

Subscriptions may be sold through web billing or App Store in-app purchase. Plans can include usage, provider-route, retrieval, dictation, document, context, storage, feature, renewal, and cancellation limits displayed at checkout or by the active billing provider. Usage controls may stop or delay provider calls before additional cost is incurred.

Acceptable use

Do not use Coherence to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security controls, abuse providers, harvest secrets, generate malicious code, commit fraud, harass others, submit content you have no right to process, or intentionally overload the service.

Account deletion, changes, and availability

Users can initiate deletion from Account Management. Subscription cancellation and account deletion may be separate flows depending on the billing provider. Invaris AI may update the product, providers, plans, limits, or features; suspend abusive accounts; or discontinue features. Material paid-plan changes should be communicated as required by platform rules and law.
